· Mosquito Barrier Spray

A trained technician will treat your yard (bushes, trees, mulched flower beds, thick vegetation) with an effective barrier spray that controls mosquitos for about 4 weeks. Within about 30 minutes of spraying, your yard is ready for pets to come back out as well as children to play. Each month, Providence Pest Pros will return and treat your yard again. You will see a difference after the first treatment. However, as the season continues and we continue to build upon the initial treatment, the program and protection gets better and stronger as well. By the way, the standard barrier spray treatment is effective on other pests besides mosquitos, such as fleas, ticks, earwigs and spiders. 

Providence Pest Pros also offers a natural barrier treatment. We use a garlic-based solution or essential oils. Both are all-natural products that are very effective. 

· Perimeter Treatment

A full perimeter treatment creates a barrier around your home. It will eliminate pests on contact the day of the treatment but also keep pests away from your home as well. We recommend a full perimeter treatment on a quarterly basis. 

· Fire Ant Treatments  

Fire ants are difficult to control for several reasons: the colonies are often very large and extend under the ground a great distance.  Fire ant mounds are often your first sign of problems. Mounds seem like the center of activity, but bigger problems lie underground. Fire ants live and work in vast colonies housed in extensive underground tunnels. A single colony can house up to 500,000 ants — which can mean hundreds of mounds in a single acre of land. By the time you see mounds above ground, the colony population has been increasing for months. The mound you visibly see above ground is just a fraction of the mound they have built underground. Since red fire ant colonies often grow large enough to extend across several properties, control and prevention can be a bit challenging.

As you know, ticks are very small which makes them hard to see. In some cases, a tick can come in contact with your skin without you even knowing. · Property Inspection (FREE with any service)

Providence Pest Pros will also inspect your outdoor property for active larvae populations and treat them accordingly. We will identify any standing water areas that acts as a breeding ground for mosquitos. This could be toys, gutters that need cleaning out, old tires, bird baths, tarps...and the list goes on and on.
